One Sunday morning, I was on a subway in New York. People were sitting quietly — some reading newspapers, some lost in thought, some resting with their eyes closed. It was a calm, peaceful scene.
Then suddenly, a man and his children entered the subway car. The children were so loud and rambunctious that instantly the whole climate changed. The man sat down next to me and closed his eyes,...

Painful Realizations.
Lately I’ve been realizing how proud and selfish I really am. I try to be humble but yet at the same time I’m very proud of my accomplishments, talents and abilities. I don’t think of myself as a proud person—but no proud person thinks that!
I’m realizing that I often do things to win the praise of man—not for God, even though that’s what really matters. I often do...

This is the interactive wall that we worked on last school year. Quite an involved project. Many hours were spent working on it. It’s got 11,000+ lines of code. I helped out with making a ambisonic sound panner for the wall’s 8 speakers. Check out Ken’s site for a more detailed write up. We’re planning to open-source parts of the wall’s code for other’s benefit,...

I love what Philip Davis is doing here, he’s doing an awesome job at designing through the book of Psalms! He’s doing one a day until he gets done with Psalms! A blog that’s definitely worth following. I love the clean style he uses. Great job, keep it up Philip!

The Essence of Studying
When I first saw this method of Bible study several years ago, I was blown away because of it’s simplicity and power. I couldn’t believe that by asking these simple yet deep questions, you could get such powerful insights to any passage of Scripture.
What is a passage? Usually it’s a chapter (sometimes longer or shorter), but it could be a parable or story, or it could be a...

CSS3 & HTML5
IE-CSS3 allows Internet Explorer to identify CSS3 pseudo selectors and render any style rules defined with them.
CurvyCorners is designed to fill a gap in modern browser support for rounded corners on block elements while we wait for CSS3 to be finalized and supported by all browsers. Currently Firefox, Safari and Chrome have limited support for the proposed CSS3 border-radius...

Feelings of Inadequacy
Does everyone struggle with feeling of incompetence or inadequacy, or is it just me? Sometimes when I don’t know how to do something, or when a task is so large that it seems like a mountain, I feel like there’s know way on earth I could ever, ever reach the top! And when I think about the future, not knowing what to do even next year, it overwhelms me. There’s so many options...
