Feelings of Inadequacy
Does everyone struggle with feeling of incompetence or inadequacy, or is it just me? Sometimes when I don’t know how to do something, or when a task is so large that it seems like a mountain, I feel like there’s know way on earth I could ever, ever reach the top! And when I think about the future, not knowing what to do even next year, it overwhelms me. There’s so many options...
